OUR PROCESS

Our 5-Step Process for a Seamless Construction Experience

[STEP 1] Client Engagement & Initial Consultation

We start by learning about your vision. Begin by filling out our simple online form, and we’ll follow up with a 15-30 minute phone conversation to determine if we’re the right fit for your project. For a more in-depth understanding, we offer an On-Site Consultation for $500, where we assess your space and discuss your goals in detail.
[STEP 2] Design

Your vision comes to life with the help of our professional designers and the latest software tools. We work collaboratively to create a detailed plan and, in many cases, provide a 3D rendering so you can see exactly what your completed project will look like.
[STEP 3] Pre-Construction Meeting

Before construction begins, we hold a comprehensive Pre-Construction Meeting with you and the project manager that is assigned to your project. This meeting covers the final design, material selections, work schedules, and a transfer of the trust you’ve developed with our sales team culminating in a written sign-off to ensure clarity and alignment.
[STEP 4] Construction

Our construction phase prioritizes professionalism and respect for your space. This includes dust protection measures, secure site access, meticulous construction practices, and thorough clean-up to leave your home and property spotless and ready to enjoy.
[STEP 5] Closeout & Warranty Period

We stand by our work with a 3-year labor and systems warranty, alongside the manufacturer’s warranty on materials. If any issues arise during this period that are within our control, we’ll fix them promptly at no cost to you. To ensure your ongoing satisfaction, we conduct in person visits every six months during this three-year period, addressing any concerns and ensuring everything is just as you envisioned.
