Founder and CEO, Martin Turner, has had the great fortune to work for top notch Construction Management companies and General Contractors over his 20 year career. His experience includes multifamily construction, higher education facilities, roads and highways construction. Martin started Vista Point Builders with the goal of employing his management skills and passion for excellence to a smaller more nimble organization. We are able to serve multiple markets including single family and light commercial construction.

We seek to get involved early in the design phase so that we can manage the project more efficiently, provide effective building solutions, and identify challenges early on to mitigate design changes after construction commencement.

This involves detailed pre-construction planning crucial to successful construction and on-time delivery, and allows the client and team a clear pathway to the bidding process, construction phase, and through to completion.
